The hotel is ideally located in the city center, close to Old Town and within walking distance of all major attractions. The breakfast provided was excellent with fresh and plentiful options. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

The hotel is ideally located just down the road from the Castle, making it perfect for exploring the historical sites. The staff is attentive and accommodating, as they allowed early check-in for a family member who wasn't feeling well. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is decent, providing a good start to the day.
The cleaning standards need improvement, as there have been instances of hair found in the bath tub and a lack of thorough cleaning in the rooms.

The room I stayed in was not as luxurious as I had expected. The amenities promised were not properly delivered, such as the poorly chilled sparkling wine and the fruit plate that had gone bad.

Staying here was an amazing experience. The location is fantastic, with all the main sights just outside and easy walking distance to the Old Town. This place offers outstanding service, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping. Plus, they have a paid airport shuttle service and a welcome drink upon arrival. My room was perfect. It was well-equipped, with amenities like heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The patio was perfect for sitting and enjoying the lovely views. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi, kettle, and television, which allowed me to relax and catch up on my favorite shows.
If you're looking for a luxurious experience with great service, look no further! This venue exceeded my expectations in every way.

The room was small but beautiful. The bathroom was cramped. The air conditioning didn't work. Breakfast was good the first morning, but not the second. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and a pretty courtyard. an average stay.
